In December 2015, we visited Gems’ workshop to check them out. They were helpful and friendly. We chose material there and then. A few days later, they collected eight dining chairs which were repaired, recovered and returned in time for Christmas. In early January 2016, our very heavy sofa-bed was collected on a Monday and returned to us on Thursday of the same week. We are delighted with our ‘new’ furniture. The service was prompt and efficient and very reasonably priced.
